Create New Branch

Learn to add and configure new locations for your business step by step.

Check Your Plan Limit

The number of branches you can create depends on your current plan:

Plan Starter: 1 sucursal
Plan PRO: 3 sucursales
Plan ENTERPRISE: Sucursales ilimitadas

💡 If you need more branches, consider upgrading your plan from Settings > Subscription

Step by Step to Create a Branch

Access the Branches Module

From the admin panel, click on the side menu and select "Branches" or "Multi-Branch".

Panel Admin → Sucursales → Nueva Sucursal

Click "New Branch"

You'll see a button with the + icon that says "New Branch". Click to open the creation form.

Complete the 5 Form Tabs

The form is divided into 5 sections (tabs). Complete each one according to your needs:

Tab 1: General Information

Name: Nombre de la sucursal (ej: "Sucursal Centro", "Local Córdoba")
Code: Código único en MAYÚSCULAS (ej: "CENTRO", "CBA01"). Máximo 20 caracteres.
Description: (Opcional) Descripción breve hasta 500 caracteres
Status: Activa, Inactiva, Mantenimiento o Cerrada
Main Branch: Marca si es la sucursal principal (solo puede haber una)

⚠️ El código debe ser único. No puede haber dos sucursales con el mismo código.

Tab 2: Location

Street: Dirección completa con número
City: Ciudad donde se ubica
State/Province: Provincia o estado
Country: (Default: Argentina)
Zip Code: Código postal
GPS Coordinates: Latitud y Longitud (para cálculo de delivery)
Delivery Notes: (Opcional) Instrucciones especiales

💡 Tip: Usa Google Maps para obtener las coordenadas exactas. Haz click derecho en el mapa → copiar coordenadas.

Tab 3: Business Hours

Configure opening and closing hours for each day of the week:

• Opening time (e.g., 09:00)
• Closing time (e.g., 22:00)
• Check "Closed" if not open that day

ℹ️ El sistema calcula automáticamente si la sucursal está abierta en tiempo real.

Tab 4: Delivery Settings

Enable Delivery: ON/OFF
Delivery Radius: Distancia en km (0-50 km)
Delivery Fee: Costo fijo del envío
Minimum Order: Monto mínimo para delivery
Estimated Time: Minutos de entrega (default: 30)

Tab 5: Additional Settings

Online Orders: Acepta pedidos online (ON/OFF)
Pickup: Permite retiro en sucursal (ON/OFF)
Requires Reservation: Para restaurantes (ON/OFF)
Tables: Número de mesas disponibles
Max Capacity: Clientes simultáneos
Printer Config: IP y puerto de impresora térmica

Save the Branch

Once all required fields are completed, click the "Create Branch" or "Save" button.

If it's your first branch, it will be automatically marked as "Main Branch".

Configure Products and Employees (Optional)

After creating the branch, you can:

• Assign which products will be available at this branch
• Assign employees who will work at this branch
• Configure independent inventory for this location

Required vs Optional Fields

REQUIRED Fields

*Nombre: 2-100 caracteres
*Código: 2-20 caracteres (MAYÚSCULAS, único)

OPTIONAL Fields

• Descripción
• Dirección completa
• Horarios (usa defaults si no configuras)
• Delivery (deshabilitado por default)
• Teléfono, Email, WhatsApp
• Capacidad de mesas

Common Errors and Solutions

❌ "Código ya existe"

Solution: The code must be unique. Choose a different code (e.g., CBA01, CBA02, etc.)

❌ "Límite de sucursales alcanzado"

Solution: Your current plan doesn't allow more branches. Upgrade to a higher plan from Settings > Subscription.

❌ "Radio de delivery inválido"

Solution: The radius must be between 0 and 50 km. Enter a valid value.
